Main Uddin, Team Leader
My name is Main Uddin and my colleagues call me Bulu Mama. My parents are Mr. Rahim Bauksh and Mrs. Shahera Khatun. I did my MSS in Sociology at Chittagong University. My photographs have been published in a number of national and international magazines and newspapers and I have won different national and international awards including the Nikon Photo and Humanity Photo Award. I like movies, sports, traveling, adda and literature. I dislike hypocrisy and impediments of any kind. Since I intend to work as a photographer for my whole life, and Drik provides that opportunity, I choose to work here.

A K M Shehab Uddin, Photographer
I am A K M Shehab Uddin. Pakhal – the Bird Keeper – is my nickname and that's how I would like to be known. One major interest in my life is nature and wild-life, and birds just haven't stopped fascinating me after spending almost ten years with them. But birds were never the only project I would have liked to work. I have also worked as a photojournalist for a leading Bangladeshi newspaper. Documenting human life has always been a challenge for me that I willingly incorporated in my life. It is also something that I enjoy immensely. Besides that, I also work as a “fashion and advertising” photographer. My photographs have been published in different national and international magazines, books and newspapers. I have won both national and international awards. I work with Drik because this organization makes me confront the global issues and compels me to form a vision that would bring about changes in lives in this majority world. I believe that my visual imagination would one day be liberated with an active political participation of all the people of this world.

Muhammad Aminuzzaman, known as Amin, is a Bangladeshi photographer and videographer with a special interest in education, environment and information technologies. The advent of digital era and the world of fast-changing software excites Amin. The digital renaissance has also made him delve into digital photography and cinematography with the DG cam. Amin has also been involved in international documentaries for BBC World as a cameraman.
