Hajo Meyer (1924 – 2014), Auschwitz survivor, parents died in Theresienstadt concentration camp.
German-born Dutch physicist, political activist, author of The End of Judaism. Meyer was among the 40 Holocaust survivors, and 287 descendants of Nazi victims, who signed a letter in 2014, condemning the “massacre” of Palestinians and calling for a boycott against Israel. The letter was printed in the New York Times as an advertisement, funds were raised by some of the signatories.
